Use Filter By Selection To Quickly Find Common Records

Filtering your list pages is even easier if you have an example of a record already on the page that matches what you are searching for because you can use it as a template for your search and use the Filter By Selection feature to find all of the other records that match, saving you a few extra keystrokes.

This feature will turn you into a data filtering Ninja.

How To Do It…

Just right-mouse-click on the field value that you want to filter based on, and then select the Filter By Selection option from the context menu.

The list page will then be filtered to just the records that match that field value.

How easy was that!
